Monday

Last week I took a break from everything in my life other than my 2 Girls TALK lessons and getting my kiddos to school and activities. Rahul practically shoved me out the door to go to my morning work out today, knowing that I needed it. I went reluctantly.

But, after some trap bar dead lifts.

And other sweat inducing activities, I felt SO MUCH BETTER.

I came home and mowed the front yard and worked in the garden. More sweat, more feeling better.

Time with my amazing family and Carolina burgers for dinner rounded out the day. Here are a few pics of the pool antics from today.

Feeling grateful for my little family today. We all love each other and are happy and healthy. These are things we should never take for granted.
